Once you’ve made up your mind that you need some help planning out your trip of a lifetime, I require a $50 deposit to secure your research slot. (You’ll make this deposit by check payable to “Wincor Custom Travel & Cruise Consulting”.) I will also need a completed Travel Reservation Form that I can FAX or Email to you. This is an authorization form for your credit card, as well as information tool for names and other details of those traveling. For Cruises we utilize a specialty host agency to get you the best deals possible, your credit card will only be used to book your cruise (deposit), and make final payments. (Note: Your card will only be used to guarantee hotels or make deposits, and it will NEVER be given to anyone without first obtaining your express permission via email.) Once all reservations are made, then the balance of my fee is due by check.
We work with you to determine the best schedule for delivery of the travel itinerary. It typically takes about a week to create a week long itinerary. If detailed reservations are required, or if the requested booking is unique or to a unique destination it may take longer to secure reservations in your name.
WCTCC does not secure Passports, Visas or other special travel documents. We may provide locations or supporting information for you to acquire the documentation.
WCTCC will provide you with a detailed and finalized research report at least 60 days prior to travel, of course we are working with you all the time by phone or Email, but the final documentation is a more formal deliverable. For Cruises final documentation from the Cruise lines is typically delivered 30 days prior to sailing.
